Second Vice President

Description: Assist your chairs. Assist with counting money at functions. Cover when
President and First VP are not available.

Responsibilites

  1. Attend the orientation training at Innesbrook (held in July) and any other training
    possible.
  2. Attend all Executive Board, Executive Committee and General Assembly meetings.
  3. Assist in the budget preparation.
  4. Oversee and provide active assistance to the following chairmen:
    a. Hospitality
    b. Fundraising
    c. Program Coordinator
    d. Team Party Coordinator
  5. Assist in counting money received from fundraising/hospitality at all PTA functions.
  6. Provide any necessary assistance to the President, other Vice Presidents and
    committee chairs.
