Congratulations to our 5th Graders!
Students, staff, and many parents lined up on the last day of class to "clapout" the fifth graders. This is an annual event to celebrate their accomplishments and wish them well in middle school next year.
The PTA would like to wish everyone a fun and safe summer break.

Bingo night was a big success! Our last PTA General Assembly meeting was combined with Bingo! We had a wonderful turnout and many went home winners. A check was presented to the Assistant Principals by the PTA to pay for an additional 17 computers bringing up the number of computers purchased to 25 by the PTA. The new 2007-08 PTA Board was introduced before the games began. See some of the festivities here.

October 23-27 was Red
Ribbon Week! We reinforced the message "I won't
fall for drugs" through several activities throughout the week.
This year each student wrote their pledge to be drug free on a maple
leaf made of construction paper and hung it on a tree in the cafeteria
that is now proudly displayed in our school cafeteria for all to see. |
