 Parent Lunches
Wednesday, May 23 is lunch with parents of kindergarten, 2nd, and 4th graders. All kindergarten, 2nd & 4th grade parents, you are invited to come to school and enjoy a lunch with your child!
Thursday, May 24 is lunch with parents of 1st, 3rd and 5th graders. Parents of 1st, 3rd and 5th graders, it’s your turn! You are invited to come to school for this year’s Parent Lunch and have a meal with your child!
Friday, May 25th is Donuts with Mom & Dad from 8-8:30 am in the Media Center for those parents unable to come to lunch.
For those parents who are unable to attend, maybe a special note to their children that they can open at lunchtime, letting them know they are being thought of throughout the day, would make them feel extra special.
6th Grade Curriculum Night was Tue, May 8
 5th graders and their parents were excited to visit John Long Middle School for Curriculum Night and were introduced to JLMS Principal Mrs. Wolff, next year's 6th Grade Assistant Principal, Mrs. Bruno, and PTSA representative Peggy D'Alessandro. Future JLMS longhorns were able to get a glimpse of what is in store for them next year. See the pictures of the night here!
Reflections Update!
Congratulations to Thomas Jorgenson whose reflections project has been chosen to go to district in Orlando to compete to see who will make it to Nationals! Good luck Thomas
 In these tough economic times, remember some families might qualify for Free or Reduced Lunches for their children. Information can be found here on the Pasco’s website
Don't forget school volunteers are required to reapply online and undergo a new background check each school year. Be sure to register so you can volunteer at Sand Pine for the 2011-2012 school year!
